Salads:  $7.25

  • New England Autumn Salad. Romaine hearts with Granny Smith apples, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola cheese crumbles and toasted pecans. Light garlic-mustard dressing.
  • Autumn Crunch Salad. Fresh kale, bow-tie pasta, brussels sprouts, sunflower seeds, crisp apples or pears, ripeness dependent, with red wine vinegar, honey and lime dressing.
  • Options to add: 
    • Roasted Chicken Breast: $2.50
    • Seared Beef Sirloin: $3.50
    • Grilled Salmon: $4.50

Entrée:  

  • Chef Paul’s Signature Chicken Piccata, Tender white meat chicken filets, pan seared in clarified butter and finished in a rich white wine, lemon and caper sauce.  Served with herbed angel hair pasta and Roasted Green beans. 18.50
  • A Chef Paul Classic, Beef Bourguignon.  Tender beef tips seared and braised with carrots, onions, mushrooms and herbs in red wine enhanced beef stock.  Served with Smashed baby red potatoes and roasted carrots. 20.50
  • Grilled Fresh wild caught Pacific salmon seasoned with lemon, olive oil and fresh dill finished with garlic aioli. Served with a wild rice medley studded with red peppers and caramelized walnuts and paired with roasted root vegetables. + $22,50
  • Vegetarian Lasagna.  Gluten-Free pasta, carrots, onion, spinach, tomato with creamy mornay sauce, mozzarella cheese and parmesan.  Served with zucchini, yellow squash and red onion sauté. $15.50

Dessert:   $3.50

  • Classic Apple Crisp.  A seasonal apple medley simmered with bright fall spices and topped with a walnut and toasted oat topping.  
  • White Chocolate Mousse and summer berry parfait with crumbled house baked cookies and chocolate twirls
  • Dessert Bars, either Chocolate or Carmel Apple: $2.50
